Recently, the second round of 8 exchange students from Malaysia University of Technology, Petronas (UTP) arrived at our school. Among them, 2 students participate in the course study for 4 months, and 6 students take part in SIP (student internship program) for 7 months.

The school of petroleum engineering organized a welcoming ceremony for them at the conference room hosted by Zhao Fanghui, Party Secretary. He encourged the exchange students to cherish this chance and learn more from China, and bring Chinese traditional culture and advanced technology  back to Malaysia.

Malaysia is the country along Belt and Road, the school attaches great importance on this internaitonal cooperation program, and selects competent professors to supervise UPT students.In November 12, they will be sent to Shengli Oil Field for training in drilling and produciton. More cultural activities are going to be held with our UPC undergraduates.
