Recently, the Shandong Science Association awarded the certificates to the first 183 highly talented experts who engage in the fields of economics, politics, social construction, etc., in Shandong provice. Prof. Caili Dai, as among them as one of highly telented economics experts. She becomes the only expert of this title in China University of Petroleum (East China).
The association works closely with the institutes of various fields, and offers services to these experts. Once elected, the experts will participate in various activities organized by the association to put forward to suggestions for the economics construction of Shandong province. The association will offer sufficent conditions to make these highly talented experts into full play.
