The 12th International Conference on Greenhouse Gas Control Technology (GHGT-12) was held on Oct.5 in Austin, Texas, USA. More than 1500 experts from 50 countries attended the conference, among them are our young teacher, Zhang Liang, and PhD student, Li Dexiang.
GHGT-12 centers on the hot topics of greenhouse gas emission control, economic analysis, CO2 sequestration and safe sealing process, etc. Li Dexiang gave a presentation entitled Experimental Study of CO2-sensitive Chemicals for Enhanced Sealing of Leakage Pathways in CO2 Geological Storage Process. Zhang Liang prepared a poster at the conference to show our CO2 sequestration technology, geothermal distribution of China, and application of the latest technology.
