On Sept. 30, Prof. Sun Baojiang, met Prof. Vamegh, Ramsouli, the dean of dept. of petroleum engineering of Curtin University, who is invited to attend the 60th anniversary of founding of China University of Petroleum. Prof. Vamegh is newly appointed dean and is engaged in rock mechanics of petroleum engineering. Sun Baojiang briefly introduced the school of petroleum engineering, and expressed sincere hopes of conducting more academic exchanges in the future between two universities. Prof. Vamegh appreciated the efforts done by our school to send two undergraduates to Curtin University for 2+2 joint program and will provide strong supports to our students. Following the talk, Prof. Vamegh gave a technical presentation to the graduate students and answered questions raised by our students concerning 2+2 study in Curtin University.
