On March 20th to 24th, 2017, members of our SPE Student Chapter of China University of Petroleum (East China) went to Beijing and visited Schlumberger, Saudi Aramco, Antonoil companies, we also attended the seventeenth China International Petroleum& Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition (CIPPE), and the monthly meeting of SPE Northern China International Section（SPE-NCI）.
We visited their laboratories of the above companies, talked about sending students for internship and sent invitation message welcoming them to participate in China International Student Petroleum Forum (Petro-Gathering -CISPF), which will be open in July 2017. 
At the Exhibition (CIPPE), we saw hundreds of exhibitors from home and abroad displaying the their equipment. We contacted a number of enterprises and invited them to attend the Petro-Gathering—Enterprise Culture Exhibition.
We really learned a lot from this 5-day visit. We had new understanding to the current development of the science and technology in petroleum industry. SPE Student Chapter hope that more students can join the team in the future.
