On December 8th, the video meeting was held in the School of Petroleum Engineering, China University of Petroleum (East China). The organizations invited to attend the video meeting includes the SPE student chpater of the China University of Petroleum (East China), China Petroleum Exploration Research Institute, Southwest Petroleum University and Northeast Petroleum University.
The meeting was hosted by Xiaojing Guo, the chairman of the SPE student chpater of China University of Petroleum (East China). The video meeting mainly discussed the future work plan of the SPE student chapter of each university, current problems, issures concerning how to develop and grow the SPE student chapter, how to improve the influence of the chapter and how to take measures to adapt to the current employment situation. During the discussion, the members of each chapter gave their experience and ideas and the plans,and introduced the special activities, such as SPE Culture Festival, Paper Contest, Frontier Lecture and  English Corner activities.

At the ending of the meeting, Xiaojing Guo talked about the Third Prtro-Gathering and invited each chapter to attend the forum. All student chapters accepted the invitation.
