On April 25th, Sergei Chernyshov, the head of the Oil and Gas Technology Department at Perm National Research Polytechnic University (Perm National Research Polytechnic University, referred to as Perm), led a delegation to visit. The purpose of the visit was to promote academic exchange and cooperation in the field of petroleum engineering between the two universities. Vice Dean Yu Jixian from the International Office, Vice Dean Yang Yongfei from the college, Director of the International Affairs Office Wang Xiaopu, and some faculty and student representatives attended the exchange forum, which was chaired by Yang Yongfei.

  During the exchange forum, Director Wang Xiaopu of the International Affairs Office introduced the basic situation of the college, while Professor Sergei Chernyshov of Perm introduced the basic situation of the Oil and Gas Technology Department. In the discussion session, both sides delved into the latest research progress, technical challenges, and future cooperation directions in the field of petroleum engineering. Vice Dean Yu Jixian had a comprehensive exchange with the visiting delegation regarding the ongoing CSC exchange projects between the two universities. Prior to the meeting, the visiting delegation toured some of the college's laboratories.
