The lecture was delivered by Wang Xiaopu, Director of the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange, which attracted on-site participation from students and counselors of undergraduate, master's and doctoral grades, and many parents also actively participated through the online platform.

He listed in detail the unique characteristics of the college's national public assignment program, and introduced the basic situation of key cooperative universities such as Gupkin University in Russia and Ufa State Petroleum Technical University.
