Recently, Energy Science, an international journal of energy science sponsored by China University of Petroleum (East China), led by the National Key Laboratory of Deep Oil and Gas, and jointly organized by the Institute of Earth Science and Technology, the Institute of Petroleum Engineering, the Shidashan Energy New Energy Institute and the School of Economics and Management, was officially launched and published. ISSN (print edition): 2972-3795, ISSN (web edition): 2972-3809.

Energy Science officially launched

As a cutting-edge international journal in the field of energy science, Energy Science focuses on the four core sections of energy economics, new energy, petroleum engineering and petroleum geoscience, and strives to become an authoritative academic journal with global influence in the field of energy science.

The journal has a strong editorial board, bringing together top experts and scholars in the field of global energy. Academician Hao Fang, President of our school, Academician Sun Jinsheng jointly serve as editor-in-chief, Professor Liu Keyu, Vice President Dai Caili of our school, Dr. Susan Nash, Director of Science and Technology Development Department of AAPG Headquarters, Vice President Zhou Peng of our school, Professor Thomas Wick of Hanover University, Professor Hossein Hejazi of University of Calgary, Academician of Australia Academy of Sciences, Professor of Curtin University and Visiting Professor Kliti Grice of our school serve as deputy editor-in-chief of the column. A strong academic leadership team will provide a solid guarantee for the development of journals.

It is reported that Energy Science will adhere to the open, innovative and professional publishing concept, provide a high-level academic exchange platform for global energy science and technology workers, and promote innovative development in the field of energy science.
