Recently, the Shandong Provincial Department of Education announced the results of the 2025 Excellent Graduate Tutor and Excellent Graduate Tutoring Team, and our college won good results. Professor Huang Wei'an and Professor Wang Chengwen were awarded the Excellent Graduate Tutor, and the Oil and Gas Reservoir Seepage Mechanics and Recovery Enhancement Team led by Professor Hou Jian was awarded the Excellent Graduate Tutoring Team 

Huang Wei'an, professor and doctoral supervisor, has long been committed to the teaching and scientific research of oil and gas field chemistry and recovery improvement technology. He has published more than 280 teaching and scientific research papers, including more than 150 SCI and EI papers, and more than 30 conference papers. published more than 10 textbooks and monographs; More than 60 invention patents have been authorized in China and the United States; It has won more than 10 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards. He is also a member of the editorial board of journals such as Drilling Fluid and Completion Fluid and Drilling and Production Technology, as well as a member of academic institutions such as Tianjin Key Laboratory of Offshore Oil Environment and Low Harm Enterprise and Tianjin Key Laboratory of Drilling Fluid Enterprise in Complex Conditions. In terms of talent training, we always abide by academic ethics, uphold the research spirit of seeking truth from facts, practice the educational concept of five educations at the same time, and pay attention to the all-round development of students. Through tutor afternoon tea and regular heart-to-heart exchanges, we continue to pay attention to the growth process of students. Establish a refined guidance mechanism of weekly master's report, doctoral semi-monthly report + regular seminar, and actively build a healthy and harmonious mentorship relationship. Build a grid physical and mental health support system that combines grade group leader + research group peer guidance to care for students' development in an all-round way. So far, more than 50 doctoral and master's graduates have been trained, and 1 has won the provincial excellent thesis and 2 have won the school excellent paper.

Professor Huang Wei'an

Wang Chengwen, professor and doctoral supervisor, has been deeply involved in the field of cementing engineering for 25 years, with the mission of serving the country with academia and cultivating morality, building a dual-track education system of academic leadership and personality shaping, focusing on the needs of national energy strategy, presiding over more than 10 high-level projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China and major national science and technology sub-projects, and undertaking the projects and major projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Key funds, etc., have broken through the bottleneck of ultra-high temperature cementing technology for 10,000-meter-deep wells, developed a cement slurry system resistant to 240°C, guided students to complete the cementing design and technical services of more than 50 wells on site, and promoted the deep integration of industry, academia, research and application. He has won 6 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards, more than 50 authorized invention patents (4 US patents), and has been published in the international authoritative journals Cement and Concrete Research and SPE Journal (80 SCI/EI papers). Driven by the dual engine of scientific and technological research and humanistic care, it has created a model of talent training in the energy field, and the master's student Chen Xin has won the excellent master's degree thesis and national scholarship in Shandong Province, and Zhou Weicheng, a doctoral student in the class of 2019, has been appointed as a professor at Southwest Petroleum University, and nearly 30 graduate students have taken root in the front line of oil and gas production and grown into technical backbones, People grow into oilfield experts.

Professor Wang Chengwen

The Reservoir Seepage Mechanics and Recovery Enhancement Team led by Professor Hou Jian currently has 2 doctoral supervisors and 3 master's supervisors, including 1 national talent and 2 provincial and ministerial talents Person. The team has been committed to the research of thermochemical flooding to improve oil recovery, tight oil and gas seepage mechanism, and efficient exploitation of natural gas hydrates, and has trained more than 90 master's and doctoral students. He has undertaken 12 projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China Outstanding Youth Fund, key projects, and joint fund key projects, and presided over 5 projects such as national key research and development plan projects and national major special sub-projects. In the past three years, the team has published 62 papers (55 SCI papers) and authorized 38 invention patents (5 US patents). Published 1 monograph funded by the National Science and Technology Academic Works Publishing Fund, and won 6 provincial and ministerial awards (3 first prizes); Zhao Ermeng, a doctoral student, won an excellent doctoral dissertation in Shandong Province, Bai Yajie and Wang Huiyu won an excellent doctoral dissertation, and Chen Qian and Zhang Yang received a public study abroad funding from the China Scholarship Council. Zhang Jiarui, a master's student, won the second prize of the first National Oil and Gas Reservoir Numerical Simulation HiSim Software Design Competition with the first place in the university.
