Recently, the seminar on the high-quality development of intellectual property rights in colleges and universities hosted by the China University School-run Industry Association was held in Xi'an, at which 10 excellent intellectual property cases of the China University School-run Industry Association in 2025 were announced. The intelligent online production and injection integrated water control and oil enhancement technology of jelly dispersion independently developed by the team of Professor Dai Caili and Professor Zhao Guang of our hospital was successfully selected.

The technical achievements of this case pioneered the mechanical shear granulation method of vortex cavitation of high-viscoelastic freeze gel, invented nano-scale self-growing freezer dispersion, and developed the world's first set of intelligent online production injection integrated skid-mounted equipment, realizing a major change in the online dynamic matching of deep water control technology in mobile factories. The operating conditions have been expanded from conventional working conditions to all-weather all-weather working conditions in complex environments such as deserts, hills, and small platforms at sea, and the equipment has been certified by China, France, and Norwegian classification societies. The team cooperates with nearly 30 state-owned enterprise research institutes, oilfield production units and oil production plants to carry out scientific research and promote the large-scale application of gel dispersion related technologies in oilfield mines. The core patents have been authorized by China, the United States and Europe, licensed to 30 oil service companies, with a total license amount of more than 7,000 yuan, and 46 industrial production lines have been built (including 27 sets of online production and injection integrated skid-mounted equipment), which have been applied on a large scale in 24 domestic oilfields such as Changqing, Tahe, Shengli, and CNOOC, and have been promoted to overseas oilfields such as Abu Dhabi NEB asset group in the United Arab Emirates.
The purpose of this selection is to explore and promote good experiences and good practices in intellectual property work, improve the ability level of member units of the China University School-run Industry Association in the creation, operation, protection, management, and service of intellectual property rights, create a good atmosphere conducive to intellectual property work, and deeply implement the innovation-driven development strategy. In the next step, the school will further focus on the advantageous disciplines of petroleum and petrochemical and the key areas of local industrial economic development, promote the in-depth docking of technological achievements with industries, regions and localities, and serve the national strategy and regional development with the transformation of high-quality scientific and technological achievements.
