Petrochemical Technology Service Branch and expressed gratitude for Liaohe's continued strong support of the college. He introduced the construction progress of the institute's various institutes and centers, as well as research directions in the field of heavy oil development. He looks forward to this exchange to further deepen cooperation in the heavy oil field, focus on the challenges faced in the development of the Liaohe Oilfield, carry out innovative joint research in reagents and development mechanisms for heavy oil development, and contribute to the efficient and high-efficiency development of heavy oil in the Liaohe Oilfield.

In his speech, Wang Zhiyuan stated that in March, they jointly witnessed the unveiling of the Oilfield Chemical New Technology and New Product Incubation and Transformation Experimental Base in Panjin, and today the cooperation between both sides will be further solidified. He introduced the college's recent progress in Party building, discipline development, talent cultivation, platform development, and university-enterprise cooperation. He pointed out that the joint signing of Party building and joint construction marks a new level in cooperation between both sides and holds significant practical significance for the high-quality development of both parties. He looks forward to the university-enterprise efforts to tackle key technologies and solve major scientific and technological problems through joint Party building and technology collaboration

In his speech, Jiang Hanjun stated thatthe unveiling of the incubation and transformation experimental base in March marks a new starting point. Today, our visit to the college marks the deepening and continuation of cooperation. We have come to the institute with the technical needs and transformation expectations of frontline production, hoping the institute's cutting-edge research strength will become a solid support for oilfield development. Facing bottlenecks in production, enterprises need more effective solutions. We hope that the university and enterprises will address pain points, which is also the entry point for cooperation, to explore and solve problems together, to promote innovative new technologies from the laboratory to the field, and to support the high-quality development of Liaohe Oilfield

Guo Tiankui introduced the college's scientific research achievements and distinctive technologies since the 14th Five-Year Plan period. Bao Xiaohang introduced the company's business situation, achievements in incubation base construction, and plans for next cooperation. Du Qingjun, Liu Dexin, Song Caina, and Jiang Ping, representing the research group, gave detailed reports on the technical needs of production in Liaohe Oilfield, covering several aspects: high-efficiency heavy oil development technology, deep layer polymer blockage and clogging relief technology, catalysts for chemical de-viscosity of heavy oil, and gas transmigration control technology in low-permeability blocks. They also introduced the school's existing research foundation and progress in technological achievements. Both sides engaged in lively discussions on the difficulties in heavy oil development and the applicability of existing technologies.
